Mount Ousley Public School Memorial Wall is a curved retaining wall, built of sandstone blocks. It features three plaques, including an honour roll for three students who served in the Vietnam War. One of the students died during service. A fourth ex-student has been added to the list via an individual name plaque, attached to the wall below the roll. The third plaque bears the Rising Sun emblem of the Australian Imperial Force. Positioned on the grassed area behind the wall are three flagpoles. Planted beside the wall is a descendent of the original Lone Pine tree. As the memorial is within school grounds, access if via request to the school only.
