The memorial is a timber bookcase, made from Queensland maple. It features three glass-panelled doors on the front and is topped by a timber rising sun emblem. It is elevated off the ground by four timber legs. The library is dedicated to Private William Currey and Captain Clarence Jeffries, ex-students from the school who served in the First World War. They are also commemorated through the Currey-Jeffries Memorial Mural. The bookcase was made by a joiner. It is located in the foyer of the Dudley Public School Library.
