The Wiseman-Crowley War Memorial Hall is a large L-shaped building, located to the west of St. John's Anglican Church, Bingara. On the front facade is a large Latin Cross and a large sign with the name of the hall. In June 1957, Bingara Council approved the plans for construction of the hall at a cost of £6,000. It was dedicated later that year on Saturday,10 August by the The Lord Bishop of Armidale, The Right Reverend J.S. Moyes. The hall was named for The Reverend S.C. Wiseman, who was appointed to Bingara in August 1929, and the Crowley family who were associated with the 'Cobbadah Station'.
