A bronze plaque commemorating the key events of Victory in Europe and Victory in the Pacific, during the Second World War. The plaque is attached to tiled platform, adjacent to the Bowraville Memorial Flagpole. The memorial was established as part of the 'Australia Remembers' program, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the end of the war.
