The Holbrook Submarine Museum offers an in-depth look at Australia’s submarine heritage, anchored by the impressive HMAS OTWAY displayed prominently in the town. Inside the museum, visitors will find original submarine artefacts, including a rare World War II “Jolly Roger” flag, torpedo tubes, periscopes, equipment, and personal memorabilia from submariners. Interactive exhibits trace the evolution of Australian submarine operations and honour the remarkable service of Lieutenant Norman Holbrook VC, after whom the town is named.
