A Memorial Hall and an internal plaque dedicated to the fallen of the Great War 1914-1919. '...The hall besides being a monument to the memory of those who served in the Great War is a decided acquisition to the town and district. The auditorium is 60 feet by 40 feet and has a seating capacity of 400. The stage is 19 feet by 13 feet 6 inches, is a big feature, and is capable of accommodating forty couples at supper tables. A reading room and library on the left and a Soldiers Club Room on the right .....' (The Maitland Weekly Mercury 9 November 1929). The Hall was badly damaged by fire on 28 December 2015.
