Tamworth General Cemetery is a Commonwealth War Graves Commission site. Located within the cemetery is this war memorial, established to remember servicemen who have no known grave. The memorial site is marked by a flagpole and a small concrete monument, which bears the dedication plaque. The monument stands on the traditional three steps, representing faith, hope, and charity. Rose bushes are also planted on either side. The memorial was dedicated in September 1967. It is located on the eastern side of the cemetery, in the Church of England section. The flagpole suggests the area is used for commemorative services held within the grounds.
