This war memorial park in Abermain, NSW, is dedicated in honour of Captain Clarence Smith Jeffries VC, who served in the First World War. Jeffries lived in the town at the time of his enlistment in 1916. A plaque located within the park gives a detailed account of his life, military service, and includes his Victoria Cross citation. The park itself was established around 1947, and contained the existing Abermain War Memorial. Anzac Day commemorative services are held on site.
