This stylised timber roll of honour has decorative carvings including crossed swords and cannons. It was unveiled on 6 April 1946 by Colonel M.F. Bruxner M.L.A. at the existing Dundee Hall as part of a celebration to acknowledge Dundee's fine war effort. Once the Dundee Public School closed in May 1974, the school became the new Dundee Community Hall and the roll was relocated there.
