This memorial commemorates those who served in the Korean War, and the conflicts in Malaya and Borneo. It consists of three brass plaques fixed to a rough-hewn granite plinth. The plinth sits within a large semi-circle of crazy-paving, with a low semi-circular concrete brick wall behind on which memorial brass plaques commemorating the deaths of returned servicemen are mounted. Rosemary bushes are planted along the wall for remembrance. This monument, along with several other war memorials, is located in front of Tamworth Railway Station in Railway War Memorial Park and lies within the curtilage of heritage-listed train station. The memorial faces Marius Street.
