St Joseph's Primary School VP Day Memorial Plaque, Glen Innes

A bushrock memorial with a metal plaque attached, located on the grounds of the school behind classrooms on Meade Street. It commemorates Victory in the Pacific (VP) Day, 15 August 1945. The Glen Innes RSL Sub-Branch received a 'Saluting Their Service' grant on 24 July 2005 to install a plaque to commemorate VP Day at St Joseph's and Glen Innes Primary School.
