The Talarm First World War Honor Roll is a traditional timber board, with a classically designed pediment at the top and decorative timber elements. The names of those who served are printed in gold in two columns down the central panel. On Saturday 29 October 1921, a picnic lunch and sports afternoon was held at the local school to mark the unveiling of a First World War machine gun. The large group of attendees then moved to the Talarm Hall for the unveiling, which was performed by Mrs Skinner. Mr J. Gardiner occupied the chair and introduced the Reverend E.G. Huntley as the main speaker. It was noted that an honour board was also supposed to be unveiled on that day but it was not available yet. The celebrations continued with more sports and a dance in the evening. As at June 2024, the unveiling date of the honour board has not been identified.
