The memorial is a large timber honour roll, simply designed with a classic pediment at the top. Within the pediment is a distinctive banner, painted in blue, highlighting the name of the town and the years of the wars. The names are painted in gold on the centre panel and are divided into the First and Second World Wars and Women's Services. There is also a blank timber wing attached to each side. The roll is located in the Krambach Memorial Hall. It may have been dedicated in 1954 when the existing School of Arts building was becoming known as a memorial hall. Access to the memorial is restricted to the opening hours of the hall.
