A simple, dark timber honour roll with names in gilt in two columns. The Glen Innes Examiner, 12 July 1923, advertised the Pinkett Hall Committee would hold a sports event on Friday 27 July including horse and athletic events, as well as unveiling of the 'Pinkett Honor Roll' and a machine gun war trophy. For some reason, the unveiling was not held until Friday 21 September, when it took place in the recently built Pinkett Hall. The Glen Innes Examiner, 24 September described the occasion in detail, where Lieut-Colonel P.P. Abbott unveiled the roll and machine gun captured by the Australians at Peronne.
