The Tingha War Memorial Grove consists of a number of prunus and crab apple trees, planted in a small reserve on the northern side of the Tingha Sports and Recreation Club. At the base of each tree is a concrete plinth with a metal plaque attached. The plaques are inscribed with details of Australian men and women who served in the First and Second World Wars. Included are those who enlisted from many parts of NSW, with particular reference to enlistees from Tingha, Inverell and Guyra. The memorial was established following a 'Saluting Their Service Commemorative Grant' being awarded to the Tingha RSL Sub-branch on 24 July 2005 to fund the project. Note: The plaque for Albert Thomas Smith contains an error. He was declared missing in action on 11 December 1942, not 11 February 1942.
