The roll of honour is a small, simply designed timber board with decorative carved work on either side. It contains a list of names from the Manchester Unity Independent Order of Oddfellows (M.U.I.O.O.F.) who served in the First World War. The Clarence and Richmond Examiner reported 'at Deepwater a Manchester Unity Oddfellows Lodge was opened by Mr Morgan Stephens, District Secretary' in September 1910. The Lodge was still in existence in February 1926.
