Lambton Park War Memorial Swimming Centre

Lambton Park War Memorial Swimming Centre was opened on 26 January 1963 by the Lord Mayor of Newcastle, Alderman F J Purdue, in memory of those who have served in all conflicts. A metal dedication plaque with gold incised lettering is situated on the outside of the building. The centre is located between Hobart Road and Karoola Road, Lambton.
