This war memorial is a four-sided pillar, faced with granite. It is positioned on top of the traditional three steps, which often represent the Holy Trinity. The sides of the pillar are inscribed with the dedication and an honour roll of those who served in the First World War. Two flagpoles also flank the memorial. The pillar was unveiled on 8 November 1919. It is located in Jeffries VC Park, Abermain, where Anzac Day commemorative services are held.
