A small stone obelisk with two inscriptions on the base and several plaques. On three of the sides are the badges of the three branches of services and on the fourth is the coat of arms of Australia. There obelisk does not contain names. First unveiled on 1 December 1972, the Gloucester RSL Sub Branch has since had the obelisk refurbished and added a red-brick wall behind it with multiple plaques attached. The wall is decorated with a dark-brick cross in the centre, service badge plaques on the left and a dedication plaque and contributors acknowledgement plaque on the right. A flagpole and bench seat have also been placed on site. The refurbished memorial was unveiled by Michael Johnsen MP, and was rededicated on 28 September 2019 by Deacon John Pelletier, Pastor Wayne Gibson and Reverend Rob Llewellyn.
