This memorial window is dedicated to the memory of Private Norman A. Hodgkinson and is located in the All Saints Anglican Church Warriors' Chapel, Moree. On 21 July 1952, the North West Champion reported J.S. Moyes, Right Reverend The Lord Bishop of Armidale, was to dedicate "several memorials in All Saints' Church including four stained glass windows", on Sunday, 27 July. The dedication may have included this window. Norman Alfred Hodgkinson was born on 31 March 1914 at Moree. He enlisted in the Australian Army at Paddington, NSW, on 24 September 1941. As a Private and a member of the 2/12 Field Ambulance, he died at sea on 14 May 1943. Hodgkinson was about the 2/3rd Australian Hospital Ship Centaur, travelling from Sydney to Cairns, when it was sunk by a Japanese submarine off the Queensland coast.
