The Woodburn District Great War Roll of Honor is a decorative timber board, which lists the names of more than 150 members of the community who volunteered for service in the First World War. The top of the board features colour paintings of the Commonwealth Coat of Arms, flanked by the Union Jack and Australian Red Ensign. It has three supporting shelves with a carved pediment at the top and a carved feature at the bottom of the board. On each side it has supporting carved columns.
