Somerton War Memorial Hall Second World War Honour Roll

The memorial is a simply designed honour roll for the Second World War. It is made of white marble and has a Gothic-shaped top. The roll is decorated with a rising sun emblem, which incorporates a crown and the words 'Lest we forget'. The names are inscribed in three columns and blackened. Five of the veterans listed are marked with a cross, indicating they made the supreme sacrifice.  The roll is attached to the front of the Somerton War Memorial Hall, opposite the matching Somerton War Memorial Hall First World War Honour Roll.
