This brass honour roll plaque was once attached to the altar railings of St John's Church in Brushgrove, NSW. The railings were dedicated as a war memorial on 29 October 1922, by the Bishop of the Diocese. The plaque is inscribed with the names of 20 parishioners who served in the First World War. Six names are marked with a Maltese cross, indicating they fell in the war. Once the church closed, the plaque was moved to the Lawrence Anglican Church. It is mounted in a timber frame that is attached to an internal wall. Some of the names on the plaque are also on the Lawrence Anglican Church First World War Roll of Honour and the Brushgrove District Soldiers Helpers League First World War Honour Roll.
