The honour roll is a simply designed timber board. The names are listed across two columns, and are not in alphabetical order. Those who fell during the war are marked with a Latin Cross. The inscription and names are painted on the board in gold. The roll is referred to in a report in the Northern Star (Lismore) on 29 June 1920. The article describes a medal presentation at the Tyagarah School of Arts, where the roll was already on display. The memorial has since been relocated to the Mullumbimby Ex-Services Club. Access to the roll is restricted to the opening hours of the club.
