Memorials
About
The memorial is an eight-sided, polished black granite pillar, set on a rectangular base of the same material. Atop is a memorial flame. Names are engraved onto stainless steel plates attached to the sides. Panels for the First World War are attached to the obelisk and those for the Second World War and other conflicts are on the base. The memorial was re-dedicated on 10 October 2005.
