This timber honour roll lists 39 veterans who served in the First World War. Their names are printed in gold in the centre of the board, across three columns. It is important to note the name 'Dora Creek' is not mentioned or named on the roll; however, the majority of veterans listed have links to the area. The roll measures approximately 3 feet wide by 3 feet tall. It is located in the Dora Creek Community Hall. Notes on veterans' names: Three of the veterans died on service: Private H Douglass and Private D White were killed in action and Private A Gardiner died of wounds received. Six of the veterans listed are unable to be confidently traced or identified from the Dora Creek area, using the AIF Project and the National Archives of Australia databases. Please click on 'view' next to each veteran's name in the table below for more information about them. Several names on this roll also appear on the Cooranbong Public School First World War Roll of Honour.
