Gleniffer Second World War Honour Roll

The Gleniffer Second World War Honour Roll is a simple timber board, with a Norman-shaped pediment. It is decorated with the Rising Sun emblem, painted in gold at the top of the board.  The roll lists the names of 29 veterans who had a connection to the village of Gleniffer, located near Bellingen on the Mid-North Coast of NSW. Three names are marked with a cross, indicating they died. The list is in alphabetical order, which suggests the roll was constructed after the war.  The memorial is housed in the Gleniffer School of Arts building, also known as the Gleniffer Hall.
