This war memorial is a printed and illustrated parchment, presented in a decorative frame. At the top of the parchment is the emblem of the Australian Commonwealth Military Forces, which is between the Union Jack and Australian flag. Below this are the words 'Roll of Honor'. On either side of the parchment are illustrations of fluted columns, inscribed with the names of battles. At the bottom of the parchment is the Australian Coat of Arms. These features form a border for the four columns of names, which are written in the centre of the page. Notes on veteran names: No records can be found for deceased veterans with the following names from this area: D Adamson, F Gray, T J Jones, F Kinnane, R V Ryan, and G Stury. Their status codes have been left as killed in action (KIA), as that is what is indicated by the memorial. All other status codes have been taken from information in the Australian War Memorial Roll of Honour and the National Archives of Australia. On the memorial, W Allison is given as W Allinson, R Boulden is given as R Boulder, and F C Sims is given as F C Simms.
