The memorial is a timber honour roll made of Australian Beech, commemorating those from the area who served in the Second World War and Vietnam War. A carved pediment contains a painted laurel wreath with Lest We Forget written in gold. Supporting shelves at the top and bottom of the board frame the names and fate of 38 service personnel written in gold and listed in two columns. The style of the memorial is similar to the Bonville First World War Honour Roll which was created by the craftsman A E Fowler who lived in the Coffs Harbour District and was noted for his work creating First World War memorials.
