The two figures are supported by a large plinth, whcih displays plaques on four sides: Front -Memorial title and map of North and South Vietnam Rear - Dedication plaque to the formation of the memorial in cooperation between the RSL and Australian and Vietnamese Veteran's Groups. Left and Right - Dedications to the Australian and vietnamese personnel who served and/or died during the conflict. The memorial is set adjacent to the Rats of Tobruk Memorial and Gallipoli Memorial, within the corner of the parklands.
