A brown brick church of 1960s style and era. Erected to the memory of Australians who died in defence of their country, the church was blessed and opened by Monsignor J. English V.G. on the 1st August 1965. It contains two memorial plaque: a brass dedication plaque in the foyer to Australia's war dead. A second timber plaque is dedicated to the forces of Australia and New Zealand. It was unveiled on ANZAC Day 2011.
