Clifton War Memorial

The memorial is made of rectangular sandstone blocks on a stepped base, with a tower on the top featuring crosses. It is surrounded by privet hedges, always neatly trimmed, and floodlit at night. Plaques carry 28 names for 1914–1918 war, and 13 names for 1939–1945 war. Additional Information This memorial has outstanding significance as the only memorial of its shape in Queensland; as an historical record of local participation and sacrifice in wars.
