A vertical granite slab memorial, displaying a large bronze Roll of Honour. The Roll and slab are set on a stepped granite base with concreted tops. The Roll of Honour lists 34 individuals from the Jimboomba District who served during the First World War. The Roll also displays, mounted troppers, artillery pieces and twin 'rising sun' insignia, set atop a pair of twinned columns in relief.
