This memorial was relocated to the current location on 13 April 2000. The Memorial with carved pillars and a modern style Digger stands on top, with a block of granite displaying a Roll of Honour inserted in the centre. There are three panels behind the memorial, with the large centre panel display names of countries and conflicts commemorated. Additional Information In 1993 a war trophy, World War I Austrian 10cm Skoda field gun, was well restored and stood in the Lions Park, New England Highway, approximately 1km south of the war memorial. It is now incorporated into this new precinct.
