The life-sized digger stands with eyes down and arms reversed on a typical Petrie base. The sandstone memorial stands on granite blocks surrounded by a white wooden fence with white corner piers. It is on the top of a hill at Upper Coomera. The front of the slouch hat has been broken off. There is a flagpole to the immediate right of the memorial. The memorial is on a wide stretch of bitumen between the entrance to a property, Bonnie Brae, and the Tamborine Road. Additional Information The model for this digger was Arthur Rex Fell.
