The memorial is a timber honour roll with a decorative curved pediment above two sections, each flanked by carved pillars. A small shelf tops the dedication board, with two further carved shelves above and below the main section of the board, which includes the veteran names. The names of 14 men from the area who served in the First World War are printed in gold and listed in two columns. Among these 14 men were three sons of Mary and Emanuel Cicolini. One son, Raymond Horace Cicolini, was killed and is buried in Crouy, France. He is identified on the honour roll with a gold cross as having paid the Supreme Sacrifice. Mary Cicolini laid the foundation stone for the Upper Lansdowne Memorial Hall on 21 February 1924. The Private Raymond Horace Cicolini Memorial Tablet is also in the hall. The honour roll is housed in the hall and access to view it is restricted to the opening hours of the hall.
