Bodalla First World War War Honour Roll

Granite bushrock bearing a white marble tablet with black lettering. Behind the memorial is a flagpole. It is situated in front of the Bodalla Memorial Hall. Notes on veterans' names: Names are listed as they appear on the memorial. Research by William Altmann indicates H. Payne and J. Sykes were killed in action, and S. Marsden was a prisoner of war. Mr Altmann's research also suggests the Morts were sons of the second marriage of Thomas Sutcliff Mort, and they most likely served in the British Army.
